Scope of services includes:

• Maintenance of the General Ledger in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Calculation and settlement of advance corporate income tax (CIT) payments
• Maintenance of fixed assets and intangible assets registers, including depreciation calculations
• Preparation of statutory financial statements

For whom?

Full accounting is mandatory for limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, and limited partnerships. Individuals, civil partnerships of individuals, general partnerships of individuals, and professional partnerships are also required to maintain full accounting if their revenues in the previous year amounted to at least the equivalent of 2.5 million EUR in Polish currency (in 2026).
